Sponsorship Packages
For $6,000 have the opportunity to receive all of the following event options for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 Barrow ADMD programming mentioned below.
English-Language Program Sponsor = $5,000
During each of the two (2) Symposiums, you will receive:
- Logo/Company inclusion of Symposium Fliers
- Logo/Company inclusion of Symposium Social Media Supports
- One (1) table display during each Symposium (6' skirted banquet table)
- Two (2) company representatives
- Ability to include/distribute company collateral
In addition, you will receive the following inclusion during each of the four (4) virtual Brain Health Workshops:
- Logo/Company inclusion on Brain Health Workshop and Memory Screening Flyers for the entire year
- Verbal mention during presentations
- Multicultural Component

During one (1) select Symposium, you will receive:

Brain Health Virtual Workshop/Memory Screenings = $500 Per Workshop
- Logo/Company inclusion on Brain Health Workshop and Memory Screening Flyer
- Verbal mention during presentation (at the beginning of presentation, and again at the end)
- Workshop attendees will receive a follow up email that includes a "sponsored by" designation at the bottom and includes sponsor logos

During each of the two (2) Spanish-Language events (Spanish Language Care Planning Forum and the Spanish Language Brain Health Workshop/Memory Screening), you will receive:

- Logo/Company inclusion on all Spanish Language event promotional communications
- Verbal mention by event Host at the beginning and end of each event
- One (1) table display during Spanish Language Care Planning Forum (6’ skirted banquet table)
