Starbucks Line-Skip & Free Drink Drawing Rules and Regulations
Valid only at St. Joseph’s Medical Center Starbucks
1. Eligibility:
- The drawing is open to all individuals currently employed at or visiting St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Entry Period:
- The drawing entry period begins on May 14, 2025, and ends on June 25, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
- All entries must be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
3. Prize Description:
One (1) winner will receive the following:
- The ability to skip the Starbucks line at the St. Joseph’s Medical Center location starting July 1, 2025, until June 30, 2026.
- A gift card or account credit that covers the cost of one standard beverage (up to $6) per day for 250 days from the start of redemption at the St. Joseph’s Medical Center location. (e.g., $6 per day, 5 days per week for 52 weeks).
- Advanced look at new seasonal merchandise with the option to pick out an item for purchase.
4. Prize Conditions:
- Prize is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the winning entry.
- The prize is valid only at the Starbucks in St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
- Limit of one drink per day.
- The prize may not be exchanged for cash, sold, or given to friends, family, or coworkers.
- Line-skipping privileges are valid only during the Starbucks store’s normal operating hours and do not extend to mobile orders.
- Abuse of the prize (e.g., attempting to use the card multiple times per day or sharing it) may result in immediate forfeiture.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place on June 27, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via email and must confirm acceptance within 48 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity & Consent:
- By entering the drawing, participants consent to the use of their name and photo (if applicable) for promotional purposes in connection with the drawing, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions:
- Starbucks and St. Joseph’s Medical Center are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
- All applicable laws and regulations apply.
- Must be a current member of the Barrow Blue Crew or donate to Barrow Neurological Foundation via the employee giving link, PTO donation, and/or Greater Giving campaign link.
- Donating outside the options listed above does not apply to this drawing.
- For the fiscal year 2025 (July 01, 2024 – June 30, 2025), Barrow Neurological Foundation Employee Giving Campaign donors via a one-time donation, monthly giving, and/or biweekly through Employee Self Service (Barrow Blue Crew) will receive an automatic Grande entry (3 entries). Current donors can purchase more entries at their discretion via the options listed above.
- For the fiscal year 2025 (July 01, 2024 – June 30, 2025), Barrow Neurological Foundation Employee Giving Campaign PTO donors (Barrow Blue Crew) will receive an automatic Trenta entry (12 entries). Current donors can purchase more entries at their discretion via the options listed above.
- Employees exempt from this drawing include staff of Barrow Neurological Foundation or St. Joseph’s Foundation and executive leadership of Barrow Neurological Institute, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Catholic Healthcare Initiatives, Dignity Health, and CommonSpirit Health.
- The number of entries will determine the odds of winning the Drawing.
- Prize substitution or cash redemption is not allowed.
- Drawing, rules, and/or prize is subject to cancellation or change without notice.
- Violation of rules and regulations will result in disqualification.
- By participating in the Drawing, all entrants agree to release Barrow Neurological Foundation, Barrow Neurological Institute, Catholic Healthcare Initiatives, CommonSpirit Health, or Dignity Health, its clients, and vendors from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in the Drawing, or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded.
- Drawing entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees.
