The 43rd Barrow Neuroscience Nursing Symposium will take place on Tuesday, October 21st and Wednesday, October 22nd in the Goldman Auditorium at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.

This course has been curated for nurses who care for neuroscience patients. The theme of this year’s meeting is Bridging Gaps in Neuroscience Nursing and will focus on the entire continuum of care, exploring strategies for supporting patients from the pre-hospital stage to their return to the community.

Without your support of our educational conferences and symposiums, we would not be afforded the opportunity to provide high quality education.

Neuroscience Nursing

Barrow Neurological Institute of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center is internationally recognized as a leader in neurological research, education, and patient care. Barrow officially launched its neuroscience nursing program on the day that the first neurosurgical units opened in 1962 with just 28 neuroscience nurses.

Since then, we have expanded our team to include over 400 neuroscience nurses. Barrow’s nurses are devoted to providing excellent patient care and finding better ways to treat neurological disorders.
